DIRT
31 truckloads of dirt had been dropped off and were shaped into 3 huge sets of jumps with transfer possibilities in mind. A 4-meter high roll in took care of the necessary speed to clear the set.

Ryan bizz Jordan 360'd all three sets of the six pack, and in one of his final runs pulled a 360 tailwhip clean as hell.
Chad Kagy big superman seatgrab barspin during the finals.
Romuald Noirot finished third in Pro dirt at the World Championships and will enter the X Games.
Taj Mihelich rentre son One-handed tailwhip légendaire, opposite 360-lookbacks (weird looking), one-footed seatgrab X-downs with plenty of flow.
I just entered because the jumps looked fun to ride. I haven't really been riding too much dirt lately, and I wasn't taking it seriously at all. Anyway, when the contest came around I just decided to throw caution into the wind and try a bunch of old tricks I haven't done in years. I kept getting luckier and luckier and it seemed like no matter what I tried I somehow landed on my bike riding away. It was fun and a good laugh, but I hardly feel like the "world champ".

STREET
In practice Jason Enns, on his new Volume bike, wallrode over a kid that was standing in the way on the platform of the flatbank and also pulled a wallride to 180 on the flatbank shit.
Thomas Stellwag had to drop his VDO camera for a couple of minutes to ride and he did the biggest wallrides out of the transitioned quarterpipe and back in. He also did ramp builder Marcus Arnoldi a favor by grinding a rail that no one had done before. Respect to the daddy.
Osato finished his World's with a street run. Tailwhips here, tailwhips there.
Rider of the weekend in street was Ruben Alcantara. Fast, unpredictable and original. World champ in street.

MINI RAMPE
Huge 360's over the spine with all kind of variations thrown in for good measure. Tailwhip drop in off the sub-box, 720 over the spine, 360-whip, and lip tricks all fast and all both ways. Première place.
Joe Rich barspins to manual on the big sub, monstruous 360 invert over the spine, ...

John Parker, huge airs with variations such as no-footed cancans, one-hander one-footer X-ups, cancan lookbacks, 540's, tailwhips and a double whip.
Simon Tabron pulled two 900's in his runs, one of which was a revolutionary alley-oop 900, accompanied by high 540's and variations at 10 feet.
Romaric Fath was the lucky star of qualifying for the X-Games. He usually doesn't ride vert but his huge airs; double busdrivers, no-footed cancans, tailwhips and 540's showed he deserves the spot.

FLAT
Son turbine halfpacker to body varial to backyard halfpacker est bien réel !

Sam Foakes, Ride BMX UK january 2007: My first and only worlds, at 15; I qualified second in Expert and nearly pooed myself with excitement. Also watching Martti in practice was mesmerising, even watching the footage now, that stuff still blows everyone away six years on.
